Police Regional Office 6 opened the Police Community Affairs and Development Course (PCADC) on Oct 22, 2020 at Negros Police Provincial Office.
PRO-6 conducts various competency courses such as the PCAD. even during the pandemic to continuously equip the personnel with appropriate skills and abilities in implementing police-community related projects and programs.
For PCADC, it will improve community policing, information operations, communications, media relations and disaster preparedness and response that can be used towards the improvement of delivering basic public safety services to people whom we oath to serve and protect.
This is a forty-five (45) day training and participated by 35 PNP personnel composed of Police Commissioned and Police Non- Commissioned Officers assigned at Police Community Relation Section in provincial and municipal police stations in Negros Occidental and Bacolod City.
The activity was graced by Police Colonel Victorino E Romanillos Jr., Chief Police Community Affairs Development Division of PRO6 as the guest of honor and speaker.
