The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Guimaras has awarded a Silver Bagwis Certification to Princepan Corporation’s Jordan branch.
The Bagwis Award recognizes businesses that uphold consumer rights, practice responsible business operations, and provide customers with the best value for their money.
To qualify, businesses must comply with DTI’s Bagwis Award Program requirements, adhere to Fair Trade Laws, maintain effective customer relations, ensure efficient store management, and demonstrate social commitment and responsibility.
DTI-Guimaras Officer-in-Charge Juvy D. Benliro and Trade and Industry Development Specialist Melecia U. Pait presented the certificate to Princepan Corp. Store Operations Manager John Edcel Venus.
The certification is valid for three years and may be renewed or upgraded to a Gold Bagwis Award upon meeting higher standards after expiration.
