Pres. Roxas native collared in Pontevedra drug sting

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A native of Pres. Roxas town was arrested Thursday afternoon in a drug buy-bust operation in Pontevedra town.
The Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and municipal police of Pontevedra, Pres. Roxas, and Pilar collared Elviro Culasino, 30, at Sitio Esperanza, Barangay Binuntucan, Pontevedra.
According to Punong Barangay Alfonso Dilla of Barangay Binuntucan, Culasino is a resident of Barangay Quiajo, Pres. Roxas.
Recovered from Culasino were 12 sachets of suspected shabu with a market value of P6,000; and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect is presently detained at Pontevedra PNP while charges for violations of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) were filed against the suspect.
