ROXAS CITY, Capiz – The police already has a person of interest behind the bomb threat that forced the management of Filamer Christian University (FCU) here to suspend classes Monday, March 9, 2020.
According to Police Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo Jomuad Jr., Roxas City PNP chief, they are monitoring some individuals who might have spread text messages saying that bombs were planted inside the premises of the university.
He believes that students from the school might be behind the bomb threats.
It took more than two hours for the police and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) to declare the school “bomb free” on Monday.
The management of FCU was forced to suspend classes following a bomb threat sent through text messages and posted on social media.
