Madria said that through the activity, which was a brainchild of PNP AVSEGROUP Director Police Brigadier Gen. Ysmael S. Yu, they were able to celebrate Christmas in a more meaningful way by reaching out to indigent families who are reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic.
