PHC adopts GROW with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to modernize systems, integrate real-time data, and mark a major leap in the Philippine real estate market

Real estate company PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC) has officially announced the go-live of the second phase of its ERP implementation, Project Cosmos—its transformative initiative aimed at revolutionizing the company’s business operations, powered by the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solution. In partnership with delaware Philippines, a global company that delivers advanced ICT solutions and an SAP Partner in the Philippines, this milestone reinforces PHC’s commitment to digital transformation and innovation in the real estate industry.

Following the successful execution of Project Stellar (Phase 1), which laid the foundation for financials and procurement, Phase 2 takes a significant leap forward—implementing enhanced Real Estate modules, Project Systems, Asset Management, and Operational Analytics.

“With the Phase 2 roll-out of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, we’re not just upgrading tools but we’re actually changing the way we work—simplifying processes, cutting out inefficiencies, and giving ourselves the ability to make faster, smarter decisions,” said Joselito R. Consunji, Chief Operation Officer of PHC.

Project Cosmos introduces a suite of advanced SAP solutions designed to strengthen PHC’s operational capabilities. Enhancements to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition are complemented by the integration of SAP Analytics Cloud for real-time insights, SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management for efficient project tracking, and SAP Enterprise Asset Management to ensure better oversight and upkeep of physical assets.

Also included are SAP Real Estate Management—offering contract and lease management functionality to streamline property-related agreements and delaware’s Intellectual Property product on Extended Real Estate capabilities powered by SAP Business Technology Platform, customized for the Philippine real estate sector. Together, these solutions support PHC’s goal of achieving seamless, data-driven operations while meeting regulatory demands and driving sustainable business growth.

The go-live celebration was held on May 16, where PHC executives, project teams, and partners from delaware Philippines gathered to mark the completion of this milestone. The event highlighted the collaboration and commitment that powered the success of the initiative—culminating months of implementation work, including planning, system configuration, and rigorous testing.
