PNB announces posting of pnb holdings prospectus ahead of PSE listing
Philippine National Bank (PSE: PNB) informs its shareholders and the investing public that the Prospectus of PNB Holdings Corporation (PHC; PSE: LTL), dated 7 September 2026, is now available on the PNB website at www.pnb.com.ph under the Investor Relations section.
The Prospectus provides information on PHC and its planned listing of shares on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) by way of introduction on 25 September 2026. It may also be accessed through PHC’s website at https://pnbholdings.com.ph.
Shareholders and prospective investors are encouraged to review the Prospectus for information on PHC, its business and financial condition, as well as details of its planned listing on the PSE.
