This was confirmed yesterday by the Police Regional Office (PRO)-6, pursuant to Special Order Number NHQ-SO-URA-2020-5526 issued by the national headquarters on Sept 23, 2020.

Both Biñas and Placido are members of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) class 1995.
Biñas served the BCPO for one year and eight months since January 12, 2019.
According to PRO-6, Biñas led the unit to several accomplishments both operational and administrative.

Biñas also met Mayor Evelio Leonardia for his exit call after he received the official written order yesterday.
He said he will travel to Manila today, Sept 29 to report to his new assignment.
