Individuals can now process their documents and transact with select government agencies at Festive Walk Iloilo as their satellite offices are now open to provide their services, with safety protocols in place.
Safety protocols are being implemented in government offices, on top of the intensive sanitation and safety guidelines across Megaworld Lifestyle Malls. Online appointment is encouraged for several agencies.
The offices implement a one-seat apart policy, as well as safe distancing in queues. Temperature check and footbaths are also required prior to entering mall premises.
