Police identified the suspect only as alias “Ryan,” a resident of Barangay Talongonan, Passi City.
Members of the Passi City Police Station arrested the suspect by virtue of a warrant for frustrated murder under Criminal Case No. 26-12375.
The warrant was issued March 26, 2026, by Judge Vicente Go of Regional Trial Court Branch 68 in Dumangas, Iloilo.

Police reports said “Ryan” was accused of stabbing another man during the fiesta celebration in Barangay Jaguimitan, Passi City, on Nov. 15, 2025.
