BACOLOD City – Abang Lingkod Partylist Congressman Stephen Paduano expressed optimism that the General Appropriations Act of 2021 will be passed before 2020 ends.
Paduano told Daily Guardian Sunday that they are waiting for the Senate to finish its deliberations on the GAA after the House of Representatives passed its version of the national budget.

Paduano said the partylist groups as well as the regional blocs in the Lower House supported Velasco in his recent “rift” with former House Speaker Allan Cayetano.
