BACOLOD City – Negros Occidental acting Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer said the Panaad Stadium here needs a facelift in time for province’s hosting of the Palarong Pambansa in 2021.
Ferrer said the stadium facilities must be upgraded to suit the requirements of the national sports event.
The provincial government has set aside P133 million for the repair and improvement of the stadium. The amount was taken from the P323-million savings in the 2019 budget.
