BACOLOD City – A man was gunned down by two unidentified men on a motorcycle in front of his three-year-old son at Barangay Mayaposi, Mabinay, Negros Oriental on Tuesday.
Killed was Florante Real, 38, of the said village.
Investigation showed that Real was sitting along with his son outside their house when one of the gunmen entered the perimeter fence and fired his gun at him several times, which caused his immediate death.
The perpetrators then fled, leaving the victim’s son unharmed.
Police recovered from the scene four fired cartridges of .45 caliber.
Authorities are still probing the motive behind the killing.
