P88,400 worth of ‘shabu’ seized in San Carlos

BACOLOD City – Three persons were arrested in two separate buy-bust operations in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental last Monday. The first operation was conducted at Barangay 5, which resulted in the arrest of Jayban Rosalejos, 26, of Barangay 2; and Richard Perez, 27, of Barangay 5, a drug surrenderer.

BACOLOD City – Three persons were arrested in two separate buy-bust operations in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental last Monday.
The first operation was conducted at Barangay 5, which resulted in the arrest of Jayban Rosalejos, 26, of Barangay 2; and Richard Perez, 27, of Barangay 5, a drug surrenderer.
Police recovered from the duo 17 sachets of suspected shabu worth P20,400, two lighters, and P300 marked money.
Also arrested in Barangay 6 was Joselito Lumbrino, 44, of the said village.
Joint operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Negros Occidental and San Carlos City Police Station confiscated from the suspect six sachets of suspected shabu worth P68,000, an improvised tooter, and the P500 marked money.
According to PDEA, Lumbrino is listed as a high value target.
