BACOLOD City – An estimated P58,840 worth of suspected shabu was seized in four areas in the provinces of Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental this week.
A total of 11 persons were arrested in the past four days.
In the occidental side, the illegal drugs were confiscated in the areas of San Carlos City, Talisay City, and Binalbagan town, which resulted in the arrest of eight suspects from April 6 to 8.
In the oriental side, three persons were arrested in a buy-bust in Dumaguete City on Thursday, which led to the recovery of P47,600 worth of the said contraband.
Drug charges are being readied against the arrested suspects.
