In a subsequent operation at 1:10 a.m. of the same day, Tabaloc’s team arrested Oswald Carl Shariff Escudero III at Barangay Jibao-an, Pavia.
Escudero, 35, a resident of Providence Subdivision, Barangay Balabag, Pavia, was arrested after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu for P10,000 to undercover police.
