BACOLOD City – Twelve persons were arrested while P330,460 worth of suspected shabu was seized in separate anti-drug war operations here and in Negros Occidental from January 8 to 12.
In Bacolod, P259,400 worth of the said contraband was confiscated from four individuals.
The buy-bust operations were conducted in Barangays 2, Banago, Bata, and Vista Alegre here.
The biggest drug haul here was conducted in Barangay 2 with the recovery of P142,800 worth of suspected shabu from a man last Wednesday.
In the province, eight persons were apprehended in the cities of Silay, Talisay, Bago, San Carlos, Kabankalan, and Cadiz, and the towns of Binalbagan and Toboso.
An estimated P71,060 worth of suspected was confiscated.
