BACOLOD City – Police seized an estimated P324,000 worth of suspected shabu in separate buy-bust operations here from July 3 to 6, 2020.
On July 3, Lloyd Martin Lopez, 34, of Barangay Taculing, was arrested at the said village after he yielded six sachets of suspected shabu worth P6,000, and the P500 marked money. He is detained at Police Station 6.
The following day, Glenn Reyes, 38; Ike Alyaga, 42; and Alex Benjamin Jr., 30 were arrested at Barangay 2 for the alleged possession of nine sachets of suspected shabu worth P133,000; the P500 marked money; P660 cash, homemade.22 caliber revolver, and drug paraphernalia.
All three suspects are detained at Police Station 2.
Also arrested that day at Barangay Taculing was Rollyn Debide, 42, of the said village.
Personnel of the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) recovered from Debide five sachets of suspected shabu worth P17,000, the P500 marked money, and P350 cash. He is detained at Police Station 6.
Over the weekend, Bernard Artizano, 48, of Barangay Bata was also apprehended at the said village, after police seized from him 11 sachets of suspected shabu worth P100,000, and the P300 marked money.
Last Monday, Ricky Ledesma, 41, of Barangay 16 was arrested at Barangay 12 after CDEU operatives confiscated from him seven sachets of suspected shabu worth P68,000, the P500 marked money, and P200.
