BACOLOD City – Two persons, including an alleged member of a drug group were arrested in separate buy-bust operations here and in Silay City, Negros Occidental on Thursday and Friday.
The City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) seized about 15 grams of suspected shabu worth P102,000 from a man at Purok Langka 1, Barangay 3 here last Thursday.
Police identified the suspect as Dennis Salazar, 36, of the said village.
Police recovered seven sachets of suspected shabu and the P500 marked money.
The suspect is detained at Police Station 2.
The following day, Marlon Laguda, 38, of Barangay Mambulac, Silay City was apprehended at the said village.
Police confiscated from him seven sachets of suspected shabu worth P40,800, the P500 marked money, and P1,000 boodle money.
