BACOLOD CITY – A 48-year-old man was arrested again in a buy-bust operation for possessing P122,400 worth of suspected shabu in Barangay 9, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, last Thursday.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Roberto Indiape Jr., city police chief, said the suspect was previously arrested for a drug offense but was released after posting bail.
Indiape mentioned that aside from their own monitoring due to the suspect’s background, they also received reports about his alleged illegal activities.
Police recovered from the suspect 18 grams of suspected shabu, the P500 marked money, and an improvised tooter.
The suspect is considered a street-level individual, according to the police.
