ROXAS CITY, Capiz—One person died while another was injured when two motorcycles figured in a head-on collision Wednesday morning at Brgy. Poblacion Ilaya in Dao, Capiz.
Tomas Estrellan of Brgy. Manhoy, Dao town was declared dead at Sen. Gerardo M. Roxas Memorial District Hospital while Preacher John Esquino, 22, also of Pob. Ilaya suffered serious injuries.
Investigation by Dao police indicated that Estrellan was on the national road on a motorcycle when he crashed with Esquino’s motorcycle on the opposite direction.
Estrellan succumbed to fatal head injuries and other parts of his body.
Esquino suffered injuries on different parts of his body and is presently confined at the hospital.
