One killed, another hurt in road mishap

San Antonio, Cuartero, Capiz was declared dead at Capiz Doctors Hospital due to fatal head injuries and other parts of his body.

Randolf Descasota, 21, of Brgy. San Antonio, Cuartero, Capiz was declared dead at Capiz Doctors Hospital due to fatal head injuries and other parts of his body.
His back rider identified as Raphie Gallardo, 20, of Brgy. Pangpang Sur Mambusao, Capiz was seriously injured and presently confined in a hospital here.
Police investigation indicated that the victims were on their way to Roxas City on board a motorcycle when they accidentally bumped into an SUV driven by Charles Arthur Daria of Brgy. Tambo, Parañaque City.
Daria voluntarily surrendered to the police.
