The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) named the Office of the Ombudsman as the Grand Winner at the 2024 Fastbreak Awards.
The Ombudsman also earned the award for Most Significant Transaction Hours Reduced, thanks to its innovative e-Clearance Processing System.
The system reduced processing times from 60 days to just over an hour, saving a remarkable 478.47 transaction hours.
This achievement marks a significant step toward enhancing efficiency in public service.
