According to City Councilor Albert Gregory Potato, the changes to odd-even scheme will allow more passenger tricycles to operate.

Exemption will be allowed for tricycles that will be used for personal, private, or family use. The driver or operator must place a large readable poster or signage outside the side car stating that it is for private use or family use only.
