A wanted person in Occidental Mindoro province was arrested over the weekend in San Dionisio, Iloilo.
Roberto “Badoy” Eraga, 38, of Barangay Ligaya, Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, was collared 12 pm on Aug 30, 2020 at Barangay Simpre Viva, San Dionisio.
Members of Batad Police Station and the 2nd Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force Company (IPMFC), in coordination with Sablayan Municipal Police Station, apprehended Eraga for an arson charge docketed as Criminal Case No. R-10131.
No bail bond was set for his temporary liberty.
Local police arrested the suspect at the farm he was cultivating. He took refuge in San Dionisio for two years after allegedly committing the crime.
Eraga is now in the custody of the local police.
