The name of the elderly man, who is from Cadiz City, was withheld.
Police Captain Judesses Catalogo, public information officer of Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Nocppo) here, said the elderly man alleged that he was a member of an organization which is considered a legal front of the NPA.
