BACOLOD City – The Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Nocppo) here has once again proven their efficiency and good performance in the operational and administrative compliances.
Police Colonel Romy Palgue, Nocppo director, said the provincial police office bested seven other police offices in Western Visayas in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for August 2020.
“This is for the third time already since June,” he added.
The Police Regional Office (PRO)-6 rates the police offices every month based on various parameters.
Palgue lauded the personnel and the police stations for their dedication to duty that made them achieve the recognition for three consecutive months.
He said Nocppo is doing well and has made several accomplishments.
“Keep up the good work,” he told his personnel, during the virtual press conference last Tuesday.
He also thanked the Nocppo staff whom he consider as pillars while those personnel assigned in police stations and on the ground reaching out to the community to establish peace and order, are the foundation which enabled them to attain such recognition.
