Nocppo has new spokesperson

BACOLOD City – Police Colonel Romy Palgue, officer-in-charge of Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Nocppo), here has assigned a new public information officer (PIO) yesterday.
Palgue issued an order designating Police Lieutenant Amiel Arvin Sunico as the new PIO of Nocppo effective July 1, 2020.
Sunico replaced Police Major Edison Garcia, who is now assigned as officer-in-charge of the Provincial Operations Management Unit at the Nocppo headquarters here.
Garcia served as PIO on concurrent capacity during the term of retired Police Colonel Romeo Baleros from January 2019 to June 2020.
Sunico earned his officer’s commission via lateral entry.
