ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Police on Wednesday evening arrested one of the “most wanted” persons in Ivisan town and Capiz after a warrant of arrest was served against him at the house of a relative in Brgy. Balijuagan, Roxas City.
Authorities identified the suspect as Darwin Aurelio Flores, 42, alias Dodoy of Brgy. Basiao, Ivisan, Capiz.
Flores is facing a rape case with the warrant of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Faustino Roxas Jr. of Branch 14, Roxas City on December 5, 2021.
The suspect went into hiding after the case was filed against him.
The court did not allow him to post bail.
