No. 2 ‘most wanted’ in lvisan nabbed

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – The alleged No. 2 most wanted person in the municipality of lvisan, Capiz was arrested Friday last week.

The joint operation of the Ivisan police and Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) of Capiz Police Provincial Office led to the arrest of Rodgenel Narciso, 19, of Brgy. Ondoy, Ivisan, Capiz.

Narciso is wanted for the crime of statutory rape under Article 266-A paragraph (D) of the Revised Penal Code and attempted rape.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Faustino Valenzuela Roxas Jr., of the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 in Roxas City, Capiz on Oct 5, 2022.

The court did not set bail for the two counts of rape while P200,000 was recommended for the attempted rape charge.
