ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Nine candidates that ran for board member, congressman and vice governor in the May 9, 2022 elections in Capiz failed to file their Statements of Contribution and Expenditures (SOCE) with the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Records from the Office of the Provincial Election Supervisor in Capiz revealed that among those who failed to file their SOCE were:
– vice gubernatorial bet Reymar Pimentel
– congressional bets Ambrosio Diapo and Ronilo Esteves
– provincial board candidates Jose Borda, Ruel Diaz, Nilo Esporma, Vicente Nabor, Roland Ortencio, and Bayani Sera Jose.
The deadline for the filing of the SOCE was on Wednesday, June 8.
