Engr. Rory F. Avance officially took oath of office as the new Regional Manager A of National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region VI in a virtual oath-taking ceremony led by the NIA Administrator GEN RICARDO R VISAYA (RET).
Engr. Avance evolved and rose from ranks within his 36 years of service to date.
Before becoming the Regional Manager of Region VI, he mostly spent his career in NIA Region XII and became the Acting Regional Manager of NIA Region IX before being appointed as the Acting Regional Manager of NIA Region VI on October 2020.
Holding on to his commitment to provide excellent irrigation service, dedication to work, and unwavering integrity, NIA Region VI is set to high standards of workmanship under Engr. Avance’s leadership.
