BACOLOD CITY – Negros Power consumers no longer need to visit the company’s office to pay their electricity bills, as multiple authorized payment agents are now available for their convenience.
Negros Power Community Relations Manager Eunice Castillon said Tuesday that while consumers can still pay at the Negros Power office, they are encouraged to use the authorized agents to save time and avoid long lines.
“Consumers paying overdue bills can also go to these authorized agents to avoid long lines and waiting times,” Castillon said.
For those using GCash, she explained the process: “Go to the BILLS section, search for the biller NEGROS POWER, fill out the required details, complete your payment, and save the Payment Received transaction page.”
Other payment options include Alvio, U Super Service Center (USSC), SM Payment Centers, SaveMore, Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, Metrobank, Landbank, BDO, Union Bank, and PNB.
“As long as payments are made on or before the due date through these collecting agents, consumers don’t have to worry about disconnections or penalties,” Castillon added.
She emphasized the accessibility of payment agents, saying, “Consumers can pay at the nearest collecting agent, saving on travel costs, fare, or gas and avoiding unnecessary trips to the Negros Power office.”
