BACOLOD City – Colonel Bryant Demot was assigned as the new acting provincial director of Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (Norppo) effective Oct 2, 2020.
This was confirmed yesterday by Chief Master Sergeant Edelberto Euroba III, Norppo’s public information officer.
Demot replaced Colonel Arnel Banzon, who served the province for five months since May 27, 2020.
Brigadier General Albert Ignatius Ferro, director of Police Regional Office (PRO)-7, presided the turnover of command at the regional headquarters in Cebu City yesterday.
Before his assignment in the province, Demot was previously assigned at the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division of PRO-1 (Ilocos Region).
