BACOLOD City – The National Bureau of Investigation- Bacolod office will resume operation on Monday, January 25, 2021.
NBI-Bacolod chief Atty. Renoir Baldovino said their office was closed to the public this week after seven employees tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19.
Baldovino said the seven NBI employees were sent to a quarantine facility.
He said the Bacolod Inter-Agency Task Force advised the NBI to close its office for a week for disinfection and contact tracing.
Baldovino said his test was negative.
The local NBI office has nine regular personnel and is augmented by about 20 local government unit-detailed workers.
