ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A man wanted for the crime of murder in Passi City, Iloilo was arrested by police Sunday morning in Dumarao, Capiz.
Members of the Dumarao and Passi City police collared Jonathan Ulalio, 22, of Brgy. Paciano Dumarao at his house.
The warrant for his arrest was issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Vicente Go on August 4, 2019 with no bail recommended
But Ulalio said he is innocent of the charges filed against him.
