ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A man facing a robbery charge was arrested Monday morning in Brgy. Poblacion Proper, Mambusao, Capiz.
Edwin Demisana, 51, a native of Brgy. Pahanocoy, Bacolod City did not resist when police served an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 18 Judge Ignacio Alajar on September 7, 2007.
Demisana was immediately released after posting the P100,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
Meanwhile, a security guard was also arrested Monday in Barangay Cabungahan, Maayon, Capiz for a murder charge.
Eglever Deseo, 35, of said place was collared by Panitan police.
RTC Judge Aileen Lize M. David issued the arrest warrant on January 30, 2020 with no bail.
Deseo is presently detained at Panitan Municipal Police Station.
