BACOLOD City A man died after he was sideswiped by a motorcycle at Barangay 1, Bacolod City Sunday night.
Police identified the fatality as Jonathan Jardinico, 53, of the said village.
Investigation showed that suspects Emmanuel Perez and John Herbert Sase were on board a motorcycle when they allegedly evaded the police checkpoint established by Police Station 2 at Barangay 2, and allegedly hit the victim.
The suspects also fell from their motorcycle.
The trio was brought to Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, where Jardinico was declared dead.
