Bacolod City – Four more local government units in Negros Occidental, have declared the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) as “persona non grata” or unwelcome in their jurisdictions.
Records at the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office showed that the four LGUs passed resolutions declaring the CPP-NPA as persona non grata are the municipalities of Binalbagan, Pontevedra, San Enrique and Sagay City.
Earlier, the municipalities of La Castellana, Isabela, Toboso and Calatrava, and the cities of Escalante and San Carlos, and Bacolod City, also passed similar resolutions.
