A month after his MMA retirement announcement, former UFC champion Conor McGregor is back with his social media antics.
After tweeting “I accept”, the Irish champion followed it up with “tinatanggap ko”, hinting at the possibility of fighting the Manny Pacquiao in the ring.
McGregor expressed his desire in fighting the Filipino boxer years ago after facing Mayweather in the ring.
After McGregor’s tweets, president of the Manny Pacquiao (MP) promotions, Sean Gibbons, replied to McGregor with a collaged photo of him and Pacman, and a couple of Ireland flags.
Currently, Pacquiao is being arranged with a mega-fight against Terrence Crawford or Errol Spence Jr.
Top Rank Promotions head honcho Bob Arum revealed that he and Pacquiao had a call and the Filipino legend wants to fight this year but as of now, no final opponent has been booked against him.
