MassKara kiosks application starts Sept. 9

APPLICATION for the kiosks at the Bacolod Public Plaza and Bacolod City Government Center grounds for the 40th MassKara Festival will open Sept 9, 2019.
Applications will be accepted from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis at the MassKara office, Old Tourism Building, San Juan Street.
Kiosks’ rates around the plaza are: P18,000—San Juan side, P16,000—Gonzaga side, and P14,000—Gatuslao side. BGC kiosks go for P25,000.
Applicants must submit their residence certificate (cedula) along with duly accomplished forms and valid IDs.
Payment must be made through the bank.
The MassKara office does not accept cash payments for the kiosks, just accomplished deposit slips signifying that payment has been made with the bank. Official receipts will be issued for every application.
The OR number will be used to identify the kiosks.
