Marikina top-five most wanted suspect arrested in Roxas

ROXAS CITY, Capiz — A Capiceño listed among Marikina City’s five most wanted persons was arrested Thursday morning, Sept. 10, on San Roque Street, Barangay VIII, Roxas City, in connection with a rape case.

The suspect, identified only as alias “Toto Mic,” 35, a native of Barangay Bilao, Sapi-an, Capiz, was arrested by joint personnel of the District Mobile Force Battalion, Eastern Police District, and Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO).

Police served a warrant of arrest issued Aug. 27, 2026, by Regional Trial Court Judge Donna Cher Dela Cruz of Branch 168 in Marikina City.

The court did not recommend bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty in connection with the rape charge.

The suspect is under the custody of the Roxas City police pending proper disposition, court referral, and turnover to the court of origin.

Police said the suspect had been living in Marikina City when the alleged rape occurred and later returned to Capiz after the case was filed against him.
