National boxing icon and former Senator Manny Pacquiao, owner of the Manny Pay digital wallet, has officially signed a partnership with Primelectric President Roel Castro to include Manny Pay among the third-party collection agents for Primelectric’s utility services.
The agreement was signed at Shangri-La Makati on Oct. 30, 2025, following the official launch of the Manny Pay app.
Primelectric is the parent company of MORE Power in Iloilo, Negros Power in Central Negros, and Bohol Light in Tagbilaran City, serving a combined total of nearly 400,000 consumers.
Once the integration is complete, customers will be able to pay their monthly electricity bills through the Manny Pay mobile app, benefiting from lower service fees and a more convenient digital payment experience.
