Man wanted for statutory rape nabbed

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Police on Saturday arrested a person wanted for the crime of statutory rape in Barangay Pantalan, President Roxas, Capiz.

Fernando Castillon of Barangay Poblacion Tabuc, Mambusao was the subject of an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 31 Judge Rommel Leonor.

Castillon is detained at Mambusao Municipal Police Station.

Meanwhile, a 31-year-old theft suspect was also arrested on July 10, 2020 at Km. 1 here.

Ryan Olisco of Barangay Talon, Roxas City did not resist when the Roxas City police arrested him.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 4 (MTCC)

Judge Manuel Barrios on July 18, 2017.

The court recommended a P10,000 bail.
