BACOLOD CITY — A 25-year-old man wanted for allegedly molesting his minor niece was recently arrested by police in Barangay Dawis, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
The suspect, identified by authorities as “Jen,” was served with an arrest warrant for rape.
He was tagged as the fifth most wanted person in the Negros Island Region.
According to a report from the Police Regional Office-Negros Island Region, the accused allegedly raped his niece on several occasions when she was left by her parents at her grandparents’ house while they were at work, trusting their familial relationship with the suspect.
