ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A man wanted for rape was arrested Saturday afternoon, January 13, in Brgy. Poblacion Dumalag, Capiz.
Alias Jun was collared by police at his house for three counts of rape.
Officers from the 3rd Mobile Platoon, 2nd Capiz Platoon Mobile Force Company, Capiz Intelligence Unit and Dumalag Municipal Police Station served the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Judith D Orendain-Tonogbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 20 in Mambusao, Capiz.
The court did not allow him to post bail for his temporary liberty.
