Police identified the suspect as Arnel Dellomes, a resident of Barangay Bolilao, Dumangas, where the incident happened.
Dellomes allegedly shot his uncle, 40-year-old Crisanto Dagum, following a verbal tussle.
Police reports indicated that the victim was driving his motorcycle and stopped in front of the house of a certain Ofella Arroyo.
At that time, Dellomes was in the vicinity. An altercation then ensued between the duo.
Shortly later, Dagum left on board his motorcycle but the suspect tailed him.
