Police identified the victim as Ana Mae Lozada Castor of Agmanakit, while the suspect was Argie Celiz Mondia, 35.
Based on the investigation conducted by Dumarao Municipal Police Station, the drunken Mondia went home around 12:40 a.m. and looked for Castor inside their house.
