BACOLOD City – A man was robbed and shot to death by two unidentified men at Barangay Dos Hermanas, Talisay City, Negros Occidental Wednesday afternoon.
Killed was Alex Casama, 52, of the said village.
Investigation showed that the victim was about to ride his motorcycle when one of the assailants approached him and asked for directions.
Then he suddenly pulled his firearm and allegedly shot the victim.
Casama succumbed to gunshot wounds on his head.
The gunman then carted away the victims money amounting to P100,000 and fled on board a motorcycle with his unidentified driver-companion.
Police believed that the victims activities were monitored.
Casama, a construction foreman, would usually drop by the area to get the salaries of his employees.
The victims wife, who was also at the area when the incident happened, was unharmed.
