Man nabbed while securing police clearance

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 44-year-old man was arrested while securing a police clearance at the Roxas City Police Station Tuesday afternoon.

Rodulfo Apruebo of New Road Banica here was jailed after it was found out in the National Police Clearance System (NPCS) that he has warrants of arrest for robbery and unjust vexation.

The warrant for the robbery case in Criminal Case No. 12-410 was issued by NCR Regional Trial Court Branch 57 Judge Honorio E. Guanlao in Makati City on September 11, 2012.

Bail for his temporary liberty was fixed at P180,000.

On the other hand, NCR RTC Branch 60 Judge Violeta M. Pereña of Mandaluyong City issued the warrant for the unjust vexation case on February 21, 2013 with P2,000 bail.

Apruebo is now detained at the police station.
